      Autonomy, decentralized, open to new ideas....great people

      Cons

      Great big ideas and no clue how to execute. No formal performance management system and it is a good ol boy network...upper management staff unable to make minor decisions without the ok of top leader which causes decisions to support field not to be made

      I have learned a lot. Very professional environment & supportive employees at all levels. Cool business to get into and learn.

      Pros

      Hard to say. We were acquired by SupplyOne recently so the culture our former company had was very relaxed and people-first. SupplyOne seems to be that way, or at least they're allowing us to continue the culture in our section of the company. The company is also very transparent regarding it's financial health and pro-ideas which I appreciate it.

      Cons

      Not really many. When we were acquired, it took some time for the company to deliver information regarding employee benefits so the acquisition could have gone smoother.
