      The aren't really any pros for this place

      Cons

      They expect far more out of you for the little they pay and don't care about you in general. The management is a joke and laughable at best. There is a severe lack of leadership and a disconnect between the warehouse and the main office.

      I have learned a lot. Very professional environment & supportive employees at all levels. Cool business to get into and learn.

      Pros

      Hard to say. We were acquired by SupplyOne recently so the culture our former company had was very relaxed and people-first. SupplyOne seems to be that way, or at least they're allowing us to continue the culture in our section of the company. The company is also very transparent regarding it's financial health and pro-ideas which I appreciate it.

      Cons

      Not really many. When we were acquired, it took some time for the company to deliver information regarding employee benefits so the acquisition could have gone smoother.
