      Pros

      I've been here three years and it has consistently outperformed other jobs. The management team is fantastic. The pay is still a bit behind but the peace of mind I have knowing that upper management actually cares people is worth it.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits definitely leave something to be desired.

      I have learned a lot. Very professional environment & supportive employees at all levels. Cool business to get into and learn.

      Pros

      Hard to say. We were acquired by SupplyOne recently so the culture our former company had was very relaxed and people-first. SupplyOne seems to be that way, or at least they're allowing us to continue the culture in our section of the company. The company is also very transparent regarding it's financial health and pro-ideas which I appreciate it.

      Cons

      Not really many. When we were acquired, it took some time for the company to deliver information regarding employee benefits so the acquisition could have gone smoother.
