Pros

There is usually two other teachers

Cons

So much drama! First they offered me a pay salary I was ok with and then a month later they changed it and lowered my pay. The co teachers I had were toxic and not great with the kids at all. HR handle every situation unprofessionally.

The starting pay is good.

Cons

1. Poor, inexperienced, untrained management 2. No process for conflict resolution among employees or employee and management 3. Direct supervision between spouse and spouse, contrary to employee handbook 4. Frequent turnover due to poor management 5. Did I mention poor management?
