I'm working as Senior Management Consultant for last one year. Good work and personal life balance, secure teamwork, good benefits, management listens to employees, many events and activities going on in the company like new acquisitions, building offshore development data center etc. Operational team is very handy and helpful.

Checked with the Management about reviews. Looks like they need to spend thoroughly on background before they hire for operational staffs otherwise they need to pay the price.
