Pros
Suralink is an amazing company. The founders are very invested in each team member and give us ample opportunity for continued personal and professional growth. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously, which makes for a fun and cooperative work environment. Suralink really is a family-like atmosphere and every person here helps lift each other up on a daily basis.
Cons
All companies (all things that exist for that matter) have some troubles. The only thing that could be considered challenging is the very standard growing pains of a startup to mid sized company. I've been though my share of growing pains with companies and Suralink is doing a masterful job handling the company growth.
