Pros
The positive things I have to say about Suralink are essentially endless. The company's leadership strongly values work/life balance, flexibility and inclusion. They have a strong position of creating a culture and workplace that they and others will want to show up for and be a part of. They are also adamant about providing consistent growth and advancement opportunities. Everyone in the company has their voice and opinion heard and considered and everyone knows each other. Some other pros I'd note are: - Great benefits - Great PTO as well as schedule flexibility - Great salary - Challenging work that brings new skills and value - Opportunities to try new things - Valuable experience in an early stage SaaS company - Fun culture and people - Very open, kind and trustworthy leadership on the company level
Cons
Suralink is still a young company and is therefor not fully fleshed out in many ways (which is also a pro). Building a team from scratch, implementing processes and onboarding new hires can feel very manual and challenging. Also coming into a new team that is still establishing standards and processes can be challenging. The only "cons" I have to admit with Suralink pertain to the stage of the company and not the people or situation within the company. I am very aware that all start ups who find a market go through these obstacles on their way to being fully established.
