Business Outlook
Pros
Amazing team, both talented and easy to get along with. We build cool stuff, have fun together, and I'm learning a ton here. Senior management is amazing, super down to earth and incredibly knowledgeable in the industry.
Cons
The company is transitioning in size from a small team to a mid sized team, so we have some unavoidable growing pains in that area. Things are slowly (but consistently) improving in this area though as we establish processes and learn to work together as a larger team.
