If you are a driven person that takes pride in their work, Suralink is the place for you. It is a close team that always has each others backs. The level of hard focused work and dedication to work life balance and respect for personal matters is not like any other company that I have ever worked at. The option to work remote full time permanently is a great option that works great for my family. Everyone here especially the people on my direct team are driven and always give it their all. It has revitalized my enjoyment in programming like I haven't felt in years. If you want to take your career to the next level, this is the place for you.

There are no cons about this job that are directly related to Suralink. Obviously any job is frustrating and stressful at times, but the pros heavily outweigh any negatives.
