Pros

If you want to sit around on your butt and do nothing all day, this is your place.

Cons

The staff are extremely lazy. Middle management (ie, middle management) are hardly ever there. The company has very shady business practices.

3 day work weeks - great benefits from day one - lots of room for growth within the company - doctor owned and nurse run! - raises every year minus 1 yr - lots of goodies given out - Surepoint Week!! - my nurse mngr is fantastic! - 13 locations from which to work from - competitive pay - Surepoint has been open for 9+ yrs and has NEVER closed - fair/respectful upper mgmt team - fun environment to work in - loads of great co-workers - great docs - Holiday Pay - OT opportunities! - loads of extra benefit options like surgery, mental health help, free teledoc, imaging and much more - nurses & techs working in the lab - new chairs every so often - being seen for FREE.

Cons

I worked 2.5 years with an RN mngr that was Intense, but she was let go.
