Patient centered emergency centers that have no wait times and close to neighborhoods Open door policy by upper leadership and employee friendly company who have a voice in how things are done. Competitive pay and great benefits in a lower census environment than the hospitals.

Cons

Emergency medicine is an unpredictable environment sometimes and at the mercy of changes in laws and current trends.

3 day work weeks - great benefits from day one - lots of room for growth within the company - doctor owned and nurse run! - raises every year minus 1 yr - lots of goodies given out - Surepoint Week!! - my nurse mngr is fantastic! - 13 locations from which to work from - competitive pay - Surepoint has been open for 9+ yrs and has NEVER closed - fair/respectful upper mgmt team - fun environment to work in - loads of great co-workers - great docs - Holiday Pay - OT opportunities! - loads of extra benefit options like surgery, mental health help, free teledoc, imaging and much more - nurses & techs working in the lab - new chairs every so often - being seen for FREE.

Cons

I worked 2.5 years with an RN mngr that was Intense, but she was let go.
