Pros

Surepoint has a leadership team that is composed of nurses who know how to conduct an ER. They are not only business minded, but fully aware of the impact that changes can make on the day to day care we provide. We are supported, encouraged, and honestly it is a blessing to be a part of such a company. Staff here are like family and the communities we care for also love coming to us for their care based on the amount of time we spend with each patient, the education we provide, the utilization of our community resources that many patients have no idea of. Each staff member is encouraged to provide feedback and ideas to make this a great place to work that runs smoothly. We have a high retention rate of employees and leaders.

Cons

We do have to be on call, but that is part of any ER management role.
