Pros
The hours are extreme. During the summer, shifts begin at 7:45am and run till 4pm. Evening shifts run from 4pm to 12am. The pay for full timers is around $556 for 2 weeks. The management is super friendly and nice. Health insurance is offered after 3 months.
Cons
The owners are rude. They don't associate with the employees. My sister worked at the Clearwater, FL store, and when they passed her, they didn't say a word. Not a thank you, not any recognition. Even when they're in the area, they don't stop by. Only by the stores they want to. This makes since if the stores were in every state but it is not. We help make them money. You must work a minimum of three shifts a week. You must pay for your uniform, and you must pay for your name badge that no one wears.
