Pros
If you are free your entire summer, and aren't afraid of being extremely exhausted, your paycheck will be amazing! If you're one of the favorites, sometimes you can get tickets to work at the Hangout Fest and then enjoy the show the rest of the weekend.
Cons
Many times you work until midnight, then open at 7, and repeat. Doubles as well. The owners/ district managers are extremely biased and rude; they choose favorites and tend to only get to know the people at the stores in which they reside in. The type of clientele that shops here is the ABSOLUTE WORST (Rude, messy, obnoxious, and more theft than I've ever seen). You are threatened that corporate will come every single week, even as a manager, and it really never happens- it's just a tactic for them to make you work harder(if that's possible). Just keep folding the same 100 shirts for 8 hours basically. Don't expect very many raises. Because you'll be sadly disappointed. And the bathrooms are almost in non-working condition. Not to mention the incredibly disrespectful staff who 70 percent of the time is a "no call no show" and you'll be screwed for the shift.
