      Family atmosphere; rewarding and challenging work. There are no boring days here - there is ALWAYS something interesting to do. Given our growth, that will continue for some time.

      Need more places to eat lunch in Avon. lol.

      Pros

      Working in the town where summer is nine months out of twelve.

      Cons

      Company does not care about their employees. They change hands constantly. Pay is terrible especially with housing non exsisting in the town.
