Still a smaller company. Company has a culture that is enjoyable to be around. Upper management cares about their staff. Wants to see growth in employees if employee wants growth.
Cons
Newer company so the work environment is constantly changing. Not really a con since I don't like doing the same thing every day. Every week and every month is refreshing due to the constant movement in the right direction.
