      Benefits are always a plus. There aren’t really any extra benefits with this particular position, as they’re kind of the bottom of the barrel in the eyes of leadership.

      Cons

      Still growing. The people in leadership are kind of just thrown in with more “Business needs” training than caring for and growing their team.
