Pros
Amazing staff, minus management. Beautiful building and breakfast once a month, which is then followed by a meaningless ‘meeting’ in which the CEO attempts to make everyone feel as if the place is in good hands when really he could care less about anyone but himself. Not that he makes much sense when speaking anyways.. but you can catch my drift.
Cons
MANAGEMENT!!! I have never seen so many disgusting, bitter, weak minded individuals in my entire life. You literally feel as if you are returning to high school with a group of bullies who refuse to make any part of the job better. New ‘policies’ are given once a month, because nothing is ever fully though through. Therefore; training is never consistent. If you disagree or give an input to a matter at hand they will automatically shut you down and then degrade you across departments. You can walk the halls and hear so called ‘management’ gossiping about other employees without a care in the world as to who hears them. You would think that during the countless ‘management meetings’ they have every hour is when the gossip would go on.. but it really never ends. HR claims to have an ‘open door policy’ until you disagree with one of their buddies and they refuse to speak to you. To be such a beautiful building and have such amazing product, the CEO and his minions have created a hell for all who enter. RUN!
