*At the end of the day, the cons are too nominal to cite. I just left Surya after 2+ years (of my own volition), and although no company is perfect, I cannot think of a bad thing to say about this company when it is all said & done. I am tired of seeing these negative reviews on here. If you had an opportunity to work for this company in any capacity, you should consider yourself lucky, & quit your whining. If you did not make the cut, chances are you were given opportunity after opportunity to remedy your poor performance but ultimately didn't do it. Get over it, and go work on updating that resume.
