During my experience at Surya I was routinely presented with challenges. These challenges exposed potential that I would have otherwise neglected. As I grew, I was presented with additional opportunities to learn.
Cons
Depending on your viewpoint, challenges can represent either great opportunities or grand obstacles. Either way, there were plenty of challenges.
