      Van Pool to the office in Calhoon

      Cons

      inflexible hours, long day (you are gone for at least 12 hours), work in an office space converted from a warehouse, low pay, difficult to earn commission, market's are also extremely long and exhausting days.

      Thanks for mentioning the V-Ride van-pool. Surya provides two; one from Midtown and one from Kennesaw. You are correct; our employees do indeed work long hours from time to time. We have out grown our original offices, but we will be moving to a new building with 1 million square feet in 2015.

      Lots of leeway to design to new trends.

      little direction given and too much funnels through only certain people that make it a bottleneck
