Start salary banding for employees to be compensated fairly, increase PTO, make the healthcare benefits for families more affordable, reward employees who've been with the organization with more significant salary increases. It's great that you take in new college grads and train them but then the salaries need to be raised 2-3 years later to match that person's experience level or you will lose good employees to other companies.
