Regarding your charity comment, it is simply untrue. Surya strives to positively impact the environment, society, and the communities in which we operate. Yes, once per year, any employee who chooses to may team up with other colleagues and compete to see who can raise the most money for a charity that helps feed and educate children in India. Surya is also proud to help stock the shelves of the Chattanooga Area Food Bank, which distributes healthy food to residents throughout NW Georgia and Tennessee. We sponsor the Veteran Pain Program, an initiative that provides medical grants to U.S. Military Veterans, and once again this year, Surya will partner with the National Breast Cancer Foundation to help increase awareness of breast cancer and the need for early detection and treatment.
