Pros
The people who work below COO level are great. They support each other, work way too much and are very talented.
Cons
a) Benefits are terrible for a company of this size. Sign number one they do not care about the lives of employees. b) Pay in all departments is too low. In most cases below the level for anyone, including a single recent college grad, to be financially independent and flourish. All well below the national averages- it is so sad for a company with so much potential. c) The COO needs to go. Sometimes it isn't everyone else. d) Leadership team- The conflict of interests of the team members is unethical to say the least. e) Terrible communication- Let's not consider any employee, process, or well, ANYTHING before we decide to implement something. Let's just tell everyone to find a way to make it happen. Working in sales I feel like all i do is lie to everyone i speak to- and i have to, because, things are just made up over lunch, drinks, and phone calls. f) To be technological, you need technology. A pretty website is not technology. It is misdirection. g) No HR, again h) Annual reviews delayed- with just a few months notice (who does that?) i) The fridge situation is awful. Rotten food, spoiled milk. j) Markets are so exhausting. More than they need to be. One year through and I am already looking to get out. k) The president is very smart, innovative and a great salesman- he works very hard, it is apparent. But has the wrong council for growing the business.
