      At this point I genuinely can't think of any.

      Cons

      All of them. The pay is under industry standard. The leadership is terrible. The benefits are average at-best. They claim their PTO package is so good, yet it falls short of 90% of jobs I've seen.

      Lots of leeway to design to new trends.

      little direction given and too much funnels through only certain people that make it a bottleneck
