Terrible management. Expectations not well communicated and team leads change frequently. Proper documentation and content reference help not provided to look up when stuck. When the job is well done, team lead gets praise, when things don't pan out well, the developer is blasted. The way you speak to your employees speaks great volumes about the respect and value the employees hold in the company.
