Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We are glad to hear you value our mission, supportive culture, and the flexibility and benefits we provide. Your concerns about compensation and visibility in a remote environment are important to us. We regularly measure compensation against a variety of resources from both for-profit and non-profit organizations and take geographic differences into consideration to help ensure fairness and equity during our annual equity review. We are also continually reviewing our practices to ensure our team members feel recognized and supported in their growth during our performance evaluation. If you would like more information in this process we welcome an email from you at hr@komen.org to better assist your specific needs and questions. Thank you.
