The senior leadership is clueless on how to manage the reorganization and none of them have the experience in managing an organization like the one they’re trying to become. Decisions are being made too quickly with too many people who don’t understand the field, the constituents or the skills needed to keep the organization going. You couldn’t pay me a million dollars to work here again. It’s toxic and they are so concerned about saving themselves they are doing everything people have always accused them of.
