Pros

Large non-profit that provides much needed services to large service area. Has a great relationship with its volunteers. Staff is great to work with as a team. Very good health care benefits package.

Cons

No work/life balance. Micromanagement. No professional development. No investment in employees. Vacation days have decreased.
