Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you value our remote environment, supportive team, and work/life balance. We also recognize and take seriously your concerns around communication from ELT, pay transparency, and timeliness of compensation. Each year, we conduct an organization-wide engagement survey that allows for anonymous feedback that we can evaluate in a more timely manner, which helps guide improvements in how we operate and communicate org wide news. We also complete an annual equity review to evaluate market changes and ensure internal equity across roles. At the same time, we remain mindful of the broader macroeconomic environment impacting organizations nationwide, and not just Komen, and we are committed to balancing those realities with our goal of creating a fair, transparent, and supportive workplace here at Komen.
