My experience at Sutherland was quite disappointing. The work environment lacked transparency, and the HR team was often unresponsive and difficult to approach. Many employees, including myself, felt that the management culture was toxic and unsupportive. Performance-based incentives like PBI were mentioned in the offer letter but were rarely paid out, with no clear explanation given. Shift timings were inconvenient and frequently changed, affecting work-life balance. Overall communication from HR and management was poor, especially during important processes like separation. A large number of employees from my project left within a year, which reflects the need for better employee support, fair treatment, and more transparent practices. I hope the company takes steps to improve its HR approach, communication, and management culture for future employees.
