Cons
Reverse discrimination, high employee turn over due to incompetant management. Account manager and supervisors have no clue about leadership or how to motivate employees. You will be fine if you are from that certain minority group otherwise this is not a place for you. You will not be given any opportunity for advancement and will be picked by the supervisor for small things. Employees are just a number to answer phone calls and the account manager or supervisor do not give a damn about anything else. Vendor such as Amazon who is letting this site to represent them needs to look at the incompetant management and the employees who are answering phone calls on their behalf and the reason of high employee attrition.
