Pros

Offering salary. Multinational environment. Good chance to start working abroad.

Cons

I don't know if issues below happened in all branch of Sutherland, but his happen in KL branch. - When recruitment process, they talk very friendly, nice, sweet and seems a professional. Once you get hired, they will start to process for everything such as documents etc in rush like they gonna die tomorrow but poor in updating and follow up. - Training is provided not for preparing new hires about the job but it is an elimination step. If you failed at final test, they will terminate without giving 2nd chance or wise solution. - Reimbursement of flight ticket and visa process fee, still not paid yet to us whom start working at October 2018. I don't know how to call them, better LIAR or UNTRUSTED. And until today, no feedback or new updates from them to us about our money. GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY!!!! - after termination, they did not pay rest of your salary until you ask them why then told you to done tax clearence first. So, basically if you don't ask them, they keep silent. - They put high standard for new hires at one of their program. They do termination to several trainee after failed at final test which some of them has good and high skill in language. But, on the next batch of new hires, they EASILY to make all trainee passed to enter the OJT even though some of them has low skill than the terminated ones. They don't actually have own standard to this? Or what? That is UNFAIR. Too many cons for me in personal and for some of former employee about this company, until I realized if I write them all here, it takes long page LOL

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
