Pros
Help with licensing in other states. Excellent benefits. You make an hourly, so you know you have at least some income and your healthcare.
Cons
Commissions done on a tiered/quota-type system, so hard to make the good money unless you're a consistently HIGH producer. Constant critique and rating of your calls, so a lot of micro-management on calls and attendance. Representing only ONE carrier allows that carrier to dictate the direction of the department.
