Thank you for your review, and we appreciate the time you’ve taken to share your thoughts on Sutherland. Some of your points really caught my eye, and it is nice to see you were able to gain some useful experience during your time with us. It is important that Sutherland invests the time and effort into training employees, promoting growth and advancement.
Working in customer service definitely has its challenges. It is our goal to instill confidence and knowledge through training, engagement, and recognition. These skills, along with a supportive team environment, work to help alleviate stress and encourage success.
