Due to poor management had to quit the job Recruitment team dint inform us during selections that I had to work in rotational shift they told it was purely night shift actually i was selected for AR callers they told me come for documentation when i actually came to submit my docx they told there is no need as the AR callers was on hold and they asked me attend manager round again and they selected me for health first claim they just told me that the salary package is same and it is also purely night shift with 2way cab so I agreed now when I joined the company on 1st of feb later trainers informed that there is no cab n the training is in the day shift and also there no travel allowance so just wow why do you take people as fools If the recruitment team have informed us during training recruitment itself I could have decided wheather I want to work in that company or not I just wanted to say that its truely managements fault And I have decided to quit the job Now when i infor

Poor management they dont keep clarity between the employees and the management They give damn to employees issues even if the management is at fault they dont want to accept it

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
