Pros

Since it is a company that launches new campaigns all the time to compensate for the ones they also lose, there are plenty of growth opportunities. It gave me a great growth opportunity and it is why I lasted so many years there.

Cons

Management is terrible! When something is not working what they'd do is to simply move them to a different position and pretend nothing happened. I had one of the worst bosses one could think of! The type that would humiliate you in front of everyone, and his partner who would constantly forget she was working with human beings and acted in the most inhumane way. I had to beg for 7 months for a 2 week vacation after not taken one vacation day in over 2 years. I could go on and on, but long story short, when I resigned Human Resources decided not to pay me some sick days I had because "they were not reported on time" BY MY BOSSES! Even when trying to reach them, they reminded me that there motto is "if you're not part of the company anymore, I don't care about what happens". During the first years I would've blindly recommended to work in Sutherland, but having seen how it actually works, I don't recommend it, AT ALL! Also, the salary is low, the bonuses are also low compared to what we can find out there.

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
