Pros
Loved the scheduling options, Loved the account I was working for, their customers were the best to work with. For my situation the pay was good due to overtime almost everyday. I have no complaints about the work.
Cons
Unrealistic call handling metrics to maintain and you are told one thing in training and then something different once you are on your own taking calls or you are give conflicting info to advise depending on who you get it from, so you can feel a little like, no, a lot like you have been set up to fail.
