- Highest salary in the Call Center industry. - Very Good Health insurance. - Good and friendly environment. - Good chance to get promoted. - Training is fully paid - Lots of allowances (Night shift, Food allowance, personal car allowance).
Cons
- They have lots of high requirements for promotions for KPIs, absenteeism rate. - Sick leaves are not paid and they deduct from your annual leaves. - Very strict rules for adherence and HR policies. - Mobile phones are not allowed while you're in the floor. - Only night shifts so there's no work-life balance.
