Pros
AC, medical plan, co.workers and close.proximity to home with night transportation
Cons
Overwork yourself with ridiculous admin work, under Intense stress, salary is ao bad you won't be able to buy food, pay rent and pay gas money that if you could get a car working in this corporate dogma, ridiculous pay raise when promoted and no clear incentive plan I had a particular case about my reward points that I redeem later for vouchers I use to buy things, I didn't get them for 6 months and when I complained about they blamed it on some technical problem bull and I didn't get any compensation I was the only TM with this problem. Kept me under probation period for 5 months with a salary that didn't reflect the amount of work I was putting I had L1 employees that were getting paid more money than me and I was in the company for more than 1 year - salary appraisal my a$$- it's not a horrible place to work at it's a really good place only if you're going to stay for 3 or 4 months I wouldn't recommend staying longer than that over there
