      My job offer was good and working remotely Salary & Benefits are mid but for WFH set up is ok Training is good

      No internet allowance I had a very negative experience as a new team mate, I have a senior who obviously hates me since day 1. I was put on training with him, what did he do? Nothing. And barely answered my questions. I was having issues with work and instead of being supportive, this senior colleague keeps on bringing down my spirit instead of helping me. I am working under HIM (his prejudice is actually racially motivated) and he forced me to return to office which is 200 miles away! And with my salary, housing will eat away 20% of what I earn. This inconsiderate person also made reports that i am not performing well, YET THEY HAVE VIRTUALLY NO COACHING OR FEEDBACK SESSION, WHEN I ASKED THEM WHAT METRICS I FAILED THEY CANNOT SHOW ANYTHING! So they dismissed me before I get regularized and the HR hearing is a joke. AGAIN, YOU DISMISS SOMEONE OVER A FAILED METRIC THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN SHOW WHAT EVALUATION YOU DID, NOT EVEN THE METRIC I FAILED.

      Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
