Bonuses depending on if you hit goal and an okay vacation time allotment
Cons
- Pay is very low considering how many calls a person takes a day and sits at a desk - If you are sick and use sick time it goes against you and you could get a verbal if you are god forbid sick for at least 1-2 days out the year - If you get a bad survey that is out of your control and you did everything you could in your power to help that person, it's still not good enough. It messes up your bonuses and also you will have multiple meetings of what you could have done better. There's more but these are the main reasons
