They was decent. The training and job was very simple. Co workers are very friendly for a work at home job.
Cons
Slow equipment, The phone system that sutherland uses for their work at home agents is awful. Sutherland has a help desk in India that has no idea what they are doing when you call in for equipment issues. The help desk tries to blame your internet speed for not being able to take calls they refer you to upgrade your internet or router. I have 300mbps in my home , so that wasn't the case. They take forever to approve to send you new equipment if something isn't working, during that time you will not be paid until you are back on the production floor which can take up 2weeks. Management has no idea of ur availability and what schedule you are working. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE.
