Pros

Very flexible work from home ability. The pay is relatively well (compared to the market).

Cons

Where so I start? 1.) This company is SO chaotic. It doesn't know it's head from it's tail. Everyday directions change. One minute you're doing A, the next you're changing it to B. Based on my experience, it's because people aren't talking to each other and they are all doing their own thing. 2.) Internal infrastructure is HORRIBLE. I have literally been on the phone with our GTI (think internal help desk) on hold for over an hour. Multiple times. Also, if you expect to get a response from any type of internal shared services (HR, Payroll, etc), good luck. I've sent emails, called and left messages and even tried to contact the CHRO. Still...nothing. 3.) Benefits: These are terrible. Very expensive with limited coverage. 4.) Management: I haven't talked to my boss (in person or on the phone) in over a month. That's the culture here. Email is everything. 5.) Emails: For the love of god people...pick up the phone once in awhile. I literally have 200+ emails a day when I wake up waiting for me. Half of them are trivial or could be solved with a simple phone call. 6.) India: This is an Indian company. Don't let the NY HQ fool you. The culture is very Indian and the infrastructure is very Indian.

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
