Pros

1. Good for newbies 2. Some great colleagues 3. Good for gathering experience if you want to level up to a higher position. 4. Security is good. 5. Comfort rooms has bidet, but some people could be filthy sometimes. 6. Has clinic gym, gaming room and billiards. 7. Properly maintained and very clean sleeping quarters as well as pantry. 8. Accessible via different modes of transportation. 9. Has lots of dining options near the office. 10. Never experienced any salary discrepancy.

Cons

1. A lot of office politics. 2. Low salary. Insufficient pay increase especially if you are the type of person who doesn't want move up to other positions. 3. The company itself is good, but the programs that they handle aren't. 4. They offer some virtual job position which lasts from 6 months to a year that is not a part of your job description and disguise it as level up so they can pay you the salary of a customer service agent while your supposedly job is being a trainer, QA, SME, or TL. You won't get any certificates either as proof that you have taken part in those roles when you decided to leave the company. 5. Gym is only available during nighttime. 6. Doctors at clinic are only available at limited hours.

Pros

Remote work and great coworkers

Cons

Extremely low pay for the amount of work and the type of calls that you have to deal with. Lots of mircomanaging. Unrealistic metrics. Lack of knowledge and competency from leadership because at no point should your workers know more than you about the job itself. No care for unforseen life circumstances that affect your ability to work. Very stressful and mentally exhausting which often leads to burnout. No recognition for hard work and meeting metric goals. Too hard to get PTO approved. Tech and internal systems are always breaking which affects your ability to do your job. No one is ever on the same page which often leads to being given incorrect information. No room for growth or opportunities to go into other roles. Benefits are not that great. Mid health insurance plans, no 401K match, no parental leave, and no internet reimbursements. They'll sell you a fairytale in training so BEWARE.
