      I for the life of me can't think of a pro

      Cons

      Terrible organizational skills can't figure any reason anyone would ever work there. Quit wit a 3 second notice sent home early every night then expected to work weekends poor leadership

      Pros

      Suttle-Straus has a really great culture, and it's not just because they have a visible presence on social media. From the top down, the company cares about its employees. When covid hit in March 2020, anyone who could work from home did so. Staying healthy was more important that physically being in the office.

      Cons

      The company could probably pay its employees a little more. A few people in my department are a little under paid in my opinion.
