Very well organized and structured company, great opportunity to learn Japanese management stayle. World wide organization

Cons

Heavy influence from headquarter is a strong limitation in the decision making process of any local manager. Too many procedure, paperwork and reports are required from HQ before any decision can be taken. Many good opportunities are lost due to this limiting process.

Nice people, good work life balance. I worked here briefly in 2018 and am filling this out for website access.

It's hard to remember since it has been so long but overall it was a great place to work.
