1. It feels like a home away from home a. Extremely warm and welcoming environment. b. Birthday celebrations, celebrations for every festival, spontaneous get-togethers/lunches are done on a regular basis. This not only breaks the monotony of work, but also forms the crux of the familial environment here at SVAM. c. Very approachable management, HR and colleagues. 2. Fantastic kick-start for your career a. They have a wonderful mentoring system. I have grown by leaps and bounds in a couple of months, thanks to the wonderful training and mentoring that I received. b. The management shows immense faith by entrusting you with responsibilities early on. Though it may seem daunting, it is actually a fantastic career growth opportunity for you. 3. Wonderful Support functions a. Very Streamlined processes with regard to everything, right from joining to project assignment to visa/green card processing. b. HR and Payroll are very supportive and prompt with regard to any request/query that you may have. 4. Takes care of your long term plans a. If you plan to stay in the US, SVAM is extremely supportive of your long term plans by taking care of your visa application process and your green card process. I have had my visa applied through them and have had no hassles whatsoever with them being very involved and keeping me updated at every stage. b. I have recently requested for a green card initiation and again, SVAM has been very supportive.
