5yHi everyone, - My name is Vikas Dhablania and I am the Chief Operating Officer of SVAM International. I came across this review and thought of responding to it as I feel this review is definitely not coming from an ex associate of SVAM. This person claims that he/she has worked with SVAM for more than a year – I am surprised as to why this individual decided to continue with us for such a long time if he/she had such a negative opinion about the company. The comment - “company is a family private property” - is very true to the family part – everyone is a part of big SVAM family – a lot of our associates can vouch for that fact. The other part about “family private property” is farthest from the truth – SVAM is a professionally run company with every member having authority and responsibility in line with their position in the organization. This person has posted these comments without any specifics and incidences hence I am sure its not coming from someone who has worked with SVAM.
