The sales and RH teams have a notorious lack of education and respect to the employees,do not have clients and/or projects, instead they are seeking for jobs in job portals, at the first opportunity they will cut you off all the benefits if any, they change you to a hour scheme saying that is a raise when it is not because you lose any benefit that you may have, and ultimately they make you sign a kind of promissory note for about 10,000 dollars which you have to pay them if you not stay at least a year with them.
